Delivery Policy :
We are delighted to offer delivery to the majority of countries.
If your country is not yet listed among our destinations, please do not hesitate to contact us through Instagram or using our contact page. We are committed to finding a solution for you.
Once you have placed your order, it will be prepared and dispatched within 3 business days.
Once your package is ready, delivery is typically completed within 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the number of items.
Please note that delivery costs vary depending on the destination country. You can estimate the delivery cost for your country by performing a purchase simulation on our website.
We are pleased to offer free delivery for all orders with a total of €120 or more.
Currently, our only available delivery option is standard delivery.
Return Policy :
If the quality of the products you have received does not meet your expectations, please contact us at contact@whythepigment.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will take all necessary steps to review your request and find a solution tailored to your satisfaction.
Color Consistency:
It is important to note that printing is a complex process, and achieving a perfect 100% result is difficult to guarantee. Many factors come into play, such as machine settings, ambient humidity, machine maintenance frequency, among others. Color variations that may occur due to these factors remain within acceptable limits and are not covered by our quality guarantee.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive an order with defects or damages, such as damaged products, quantity errors, or a quality issue unrelated to the content quality you provided, please inform us. We will work together to find a satisfactory solution.
Incorrect Address:
In the event that you provide a delivery address deemed insufficient by our delivery service and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of your order, excluding the initial shipping fees. If you wish to place a new order with a corrected address, the costs of this new order will be your responsibility.
Recipient Refusal:
If you or the recipient refuse the parcel during delivery, it will be returned to us, and you will be reimbursed for the cost of your order, excluding the initial shipping fees. If you decide to place a new order with an updated address, the costs of this new order will be your responsibility.
Unclaimed:
If you or the recipient cannot receive the order at the provided address, the parcels may be held at the local post office or the carrier's pickup point. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to the sender. In this case, please place a new order and contact us so we can report the issue and arrange for the product to be refunded for the new order (shipping fees remain your responsibility).
Returns:
If you wish to return your order, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to inform us. We accept returns of undamaged products. Why The Pigment? does not cover return fees or returns of damaged products.
Digital Products:
For our Procreate packs, brushes and paper textures, these digital items are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded.
